By Check
If you prefer to pay your membership dues by check, you can mail your check (payable to “MSEPS”) to: Massachusetts Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, PO Box 690247, Quincy, MA 02269. Please include a copy of your completed Dues Letter with your check.
By Credit Card
If you prefer to pay your membership dues by credit card, you have two options. You can mail your completed Dues Letter, with your credit card information, to: Massachusetts Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, PO Box 690247, Quincy, MA 02269. *Please Note New Address*

To request a membership application, please send an email containing your email address and contact information to director@mseps.org.
Full-Time Practice
If you have been in practice for three years or more, and work more than 20 hours per week, please choose one of the options below. The group discount rate applies only if all members of the practice join MSEPS. The early discount rate applies only if payment is made before January 15th.
Other Membership Dues Categories
Established, Part-time Practice
If you have been in practice for three years or more, and work less than 20 hours per week, please choose the option below.
New to Practice
If you have been practicing for less than three years, or if you are a resident or fellow, please choose one of the options below. MSEPS membership dues are waived for residents and fellows.
Two-Member Family
If you and your spouse are both ophthalmologists, you may choose the option below.
Resident/Fellow or Retired
If you are a resident/fellow or retired, MSEPS membership dues are waived. Please request a membership application, please send an email containing your email address and contact information to director@mseps.org.
